Does the material yellow or discolor from the sun over time?

No, the material has built in UV protection and is not known to discolor over time. Keep the surface clean in order to maximize both traction and appearance.

How do I clean my Traction?

Clean as usual with any household products. We recommend using Comet or Ajax, warm water and a soft bristled scrub brush for cleaning the mats. You do not need remove when cleaning.

Is it easy to remove if it needs to be replaced?

Our mats are made with a non-residual adhesive which makes it easy to remove when needed, leaving little mess.

How do I remove my traction?

To remove, start working on one corner and once you get a good amount lifted up, start peeling it back on itself, like a big sticker. Plastic putty knife and goo gone help.

Can I cut material to size/shape?

Yes, our Kahuna Grip mats can be easily trimmed to fit any size or custom needs with regular scissors or box cutters.

Will my the traction stick to textured surfaces?

Kahuna Grip products adhere to most textured surfaces

Can it be removed and placed back down?

We do not recommend removing your Kahuna Grip once placed down until you are ready to replace it.
